HOW CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY ON OMBAPRODUCTS.COM?

For orders that meet a minimum order total before any delivery charges or taxes have been applied, and after any discounts have been applied.

DELIVER MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not deliver internationally to addresses outside US/Canada. But you can send a special request at sales@ombaproducts.com.

WHAT IS OMBAPRODUCTS RETURNS POLICY?

We make sure our products can be reliable in your day to day life, so if they are not working exactly right for you, we have you covered. We give you a 30 day return policy.

HOW DO I RETURN A DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCT?

We make this very simple for you. Just email us on sales@ombaproducts.com and we take care of the rest.

IF I MAKE A REFUND, WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Once we receive your items at our return center, we will process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within 4 working days. We will send you an email to let you know that we have issued your refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY OMBA ORDER?

Yes, if you act fast you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. To cancel an order, click on your VIEW ORDER page and click the "cancel" button and follow the prompts.
